Winbysyndicate.com is yet another initiative of the Insight group of companies, headed by Vipul Kumar and Pawan Prasad. This has been created to use the concept of “Wisdom of Crowds” along with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Law of Large Numbers and use of Information technology in area of social gaming, where the collective opinion of a diverse and independent group of individuals rather than that of a single expert will be used to play the Lotto in the United Kingdom. By operating as a Syndicate Operator, Winbysyndicate.com is a Ticket Purchasing Service Provider and Lottery Management Company.
This platform allows existing smaller Syndicates, Individual Player, Charity Organisations, commercial offices, customer facing business outlets, friends and family to play Lotto collectively together – referred as the “CROWD”. Crowd referring to a group of players being managed and held within a Syndicate Group will use the platform with our proprietary gaming strategy to play the Lotto as defined and managed by the National Lottery.
Playing in a large group only makes the probability higher for the crowd to win, rather than giving any advantage to any players or any numbers chosen for the Lotto. As a unique offering, we are offering the wins to be shared with all participating members in the win, irrespective of the single line winning various categories of the prize money. This sharing of the prize money by the winning members with the non- winning members ensure that everyone is rewarded to some extent by virtue of playing in the extended group and having a share in a block of 100 lines each.
We are allowing members to pay 4 pounds per line – (or as stipulated from time to time) to participate in syndicate block of 100 lines each. In case of a win, 60% of the prize money will be shared by the 100 people who are designated a line as chosen by them as allocated to them in the platform. 30 % will be shared with all participating members in any particular draw and are not a part of the syndicate block of 100 lines which has a winning prize. 5 % is retained by the Syndicate Operator towards IT and Operations, 5 % is retained by the Syndicate Operator as their margin and to run any promotional activity from time to time.
Winbysyndicate.com is the trading name and is being managed as limited company by Insight GHRF Consultancy Limited, to operate as Syndicate Operator offering the Ticket Purchasing Service provider and does need a license to operate within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom and Isle of Man, as stipulated by Gambling Commission of the United Kingdom (https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/).
As per the National Lottery there is no limit to how many people can be part of the Syndicate Group. However, we are ensuring that all Group Leaders must be over 18 years of age and must be a resident of the United Kingdom or Isle of Man. Such Group Leaders or the Syndicate Operator may choose to have their own members but limited to 100 members as a part of the Sub Syndicate Group. Any valid visitor will be managed directly by the Syndicate Operator.
Winbysyndicate.com will share and register the Syndicate Agreement as agreed electronically with the National Lottery and will be liable only to the qualified Group Leaders who will be above the age of 18 years and a resident of the United Kingdom and Isle of man and not to any sub members in their fold.
In this regard all participating members need to comply to the rules of National Lottery, terms and conditions of Winbysyndicate.com to be a valid player for Lotto.

As a founding member and director of three IT companies, Vipul Kumar has over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, business development, and entrepreneurship. He has a passion for nurturing talent and building long-lasting relationships with customers, as well as delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions across various domains and technologies.
His current ventures include Open Link Systems Ltd, a specialist IT resourcing company that works closely with mid-tier software integrators, Insight International (UK) Ltd, a company that specialises in digital customer engagement and cloud migration, and Thinksoft Ltd, a consultancy firm that provides services in vendor management, business analysis, test management, and IT program management.
He has also worked with large organisations in India, USA, Europe, and UK as a program manager, project manager, relationship manager, and legacy consultant, focusing on areas such as agile methodologies, digital transformation, CRM, business intelligence, big data, business process optimisation, performance architecture, and application process optimisation. He has also contributed to various charities and social causes, such as raising funds for cancer research and education.
He is responsible for strategic decision and implementation of this site and ensuring that the customer journey is as expected.
Pawan Prasad
Having more than 27 years of experience, over the last 16 years, Pawan has played business / operations leadership role in Software Services industry, having worked in Singapore, APAC Countries, London and NCR region. Currently working in London with INSIGHT International (UK) Limited as a Director. He is responsible for Operations and Business Development. Prior to this Pawan had joined Polaris in late 1997 and left as Director Operations, in Dec’2004. Had led their entry into the United Kingdom and subsequently to Europe. Pawan has led sales, in the early years, and as Director Operations - was instrumental to achieve sales of 58 million USD in the European Region. In Dec’2004, took up Partnership in a small growing IT company and worked towards building it to a 6.0 million GBP company, expanding and growing UK and India operations. Worked as a freelancer and advised Maveric and Avenir on expansion plans, in the UK and India till January’2011.
Helped PSB business for aurionPro working as Head - Sales for aurionPro Solutions in the UK and European area, till October’2011. Worked with Polaris in Singapore as Director – HR and OPS – APAC Region, from December’2011 to September’2013. Moved to London in October'2013 with Polaris.
Currently working as a Director with Insight International (UK) Limited in London since September’2016. Winbysyndicate.com has been conceptualised by him and is the product owner of the same.
