WinBySyndicate Membership Terms and Conditions 

1. Introduction 

Welcome to WinBySyndicate! By becoming a member of our Lotto Syndicate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions for maintaining an active membership statusg . These terms are designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members, across all services offered on this platform.  
 
Your membership is required to be part of any services or modules as offered by Winbysyndicate.com from time to time. As the platform derives it’s strength based on collective wisdom of all members defined as “CROWD”, with an objective to manage a program with an aim to make profit for the crowd based on a chosen activity. 
 
All members on the platform will be clubbed in groups of 100 headed by a Group Leader, based on criteria as relevant from time to time. Each Group Members are as chosen by the Group Leaders and /or as preferred by a Group Member. 
 
You must understand and familiarise yourself  with all the relevant details as it may be applicable. In case of any clarification you must raise your concerns by sending an email to support@winbysyndicate.com   

 

2. Membership Requirement 

To participate in the Lotto Syndicate program or any other program, a membership is required. This membership fee is essential to maintain the platform's operational efficiency, including IT support, communication, and lottery draw management. 
Currently we are offering membership for the Lotto and Euromillions Ticket purchasing services. 
Any other services and platform will be relevant based on as and when those services are ready to be offered. 

 

3. Membership Categories 

We offer two primary membership categories: 

3.1. Group Leaders 

•  Annual Fee: £12 per year. 

•  Initial Offer: 2 months free membership upon joining. All members upon joining will be given two month’s membership free of charge. 

•  Renewal: After the initial period, members can opt for a yearly membership by paying £10 one time. Subsequent renewals will be at the annual rate of £12. 

•  Note: No free membership is allowed for existing players after the first annual membership. Exceptions may be granted at the management's discretion. 

•  Membership Fee may be changed by management based on circumstances and advance notice will always be given in case the need arises 

 

3.2. Group Members 

•  Annual Fee: £6 per year. 

•  Initial Offer: 2 months free membership upon joining. All members upon joining will be given two month’s membership free of charge. 

•  Renewal: After the initial period, members can opt for a yearly membership by paying £5 one time. Subsequent renewals will be at the annual rate of £6. 

•  Note: No free membership is allowed for existing players after the first annual membership. Exceptions may be granted at the management's discretion. 

 

3.3. Charity Managers 

•  Treated as Group Leaders for membership purposes. 

3.4. Other Members 

•  All other categories of members will be treated as Group Members for qualification as active members. 

 

4. Active Membership Status 

 

At the moment the platform offers Lotto Platform and Euromillions, based on playing rules as specified elsewhere and in the How To Play Section. 

To participate in selecting lines for a draw in any lottery game, members must maintain an active membership status. It is the responsibility of each member to ensure their membership remains active. Membership must confirm their subscription plan and also ensure that their wallet has the necessary balance to be able to buy any valid lines for Lotto and / or Euromillions. 

 

5. Error Handling 

Any errors in membership status should be reported to the platform administrators for correction on a case-by-case basis. All decisions made by the management will be considered final. While we try and ensure that the platform offers an accurate gateway for members to participate based on the Terms and Conditions, how to play / participate, we may encounter an unwanted error or situation, and should this happen, the management will do their best to resolve any issue or matter. 

6. Privacy and Data Protection 

6.1. Data Collection 

•  We collect personal information such as name, email address, and payment details to manage your membership and participation in the Lotto / Euromillions Syndicate program or any other offerings that has been firmed and communicated to members for their consent and participation. 

6.2. Data Usage 

•  Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of managing your membership, processing payments, and communicating with you about your membership and related services. 

 

6.3. Data Security 

•  We implement robust security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. 

6.4. Data Sharing 

•  We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. 

6.5. Your Rights

7. Payment Methods 

7.1. Accepted Payment Methods 

•  We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Specific payment options may vary based on your location and the payment processor's availability. 

Once you have registered and if a member wishes, then they can give their consent to set up direct debit through Gocardless platform to manage their regular subscription and top up of their wallet as per member’s situation. 
Members can also make direct bank transfer using the option on our platform. 

 

7.2. Payment Security 

•  All payments are processed through secure and encrypted channels to ensure the safety of your financial information.

8. Referral Bonuses 

8.1. Referral Program Overview 

•  Members can earn referral bonuses by inviting new members to join WinBySyndicate. When a referred member signs up and pays for their first annual membership, the referring member will receive a bonus.  This is not firmed up as on date and will be sorted with our back office team in due course of time. All members in a group must be known either personally, professionally or otherwise to the group Leader. 

 

 8.2. Bonus Amount 

•  The specific bonus amount will be communicated to members through official channels and may vary based on promotional periods or management discretion. 

• This program is not active at the moment and at a suitable time this will be implemented to recognise the effort of the Group Leaders and the group Members. 

 

 8.3. Eligibility 

•  To be eligible for a referral bonus, the referred member must use the unique referral link provided by the referring member during the sign-up process. 

 

8.4. Bonus Distribution 

•  Referral bonuses will be credited to the referring member's account within 30 days of the referred member's successful membership payment. 

 

8.5. Program Changes 

•  WinBySyndicate reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral bonus program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance. 

 

9. Withdrawal Policies 

9.1. Withdrawal Process 

•  All winnings will be credited within 15 days to the designated account of the Group Leader / Group members based on business rules for a particular service(s) associated with the winning syndicate group. The Group Leader is responsible for distributing / authorising the winnings to the group members as applicable and post agreement with the Syndicate Operator to ensure a fair and just withdrawal as per Terms and conditions agreed. 

9.2. Withdrawal Methods 

•  Withdrawals can be made via bank transfer or other methods as specified by WinBySyndicate. Specific options may vary based on your location and the payment processor's availability. The wallet must have a certain minimum amount to be eligible for withdrawal and this must be from winnings or earnings from any other services that will be offered in future. 

 

9.3. Withdrawal Fees 

•  Any applicable withdrawal fees will be communicated to members at the time of the withdrawal request. All charges as charged will be deducted from the withdrawal amount and will be based on the payment gateway charges or bank charges that may be levied.

10. Loyalty Rewards – (Proposed and not being offered as on date) 

10.1. Program Overview 

•  WinBySyndicate will offer a loyalty rewards program to recognize and reward our dedicated members. Members earn points for various activities, such as renewing memberships, participating in draws, and referring new members. 

10.2. Earning Points 

•  Points can be earned through: 

•  Membership renewals 

•  Participation in lottery draws and other services, from time to time. 

 

•  Referring new members 

•  Other activities that may be specified by WinBySyndicate.com from time to time. 

 

10.3. Redeeming Points 

•  Accumulated points can be redeemed for various rewards, including discounts on membership fees, free entries into lottery draws, and other exclusive benefits. 

10.4. Program Changes 

•  WinBySyndicate reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty rewards program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance. 

 

11. General Provisions 

•  These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of WinBySyndicate management. 

•  By continuing to use the platform, members agree to any updates or modifications to these terms.
