WinBySyndicate Subscription Terms and Conditions for Lotto

1. Introduction

Welcome to WinBySyndicate! By subscribing to our Lotto service, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all subscribers.

2. Subscription Eligibility

Once registered and maintaining an active membership status, a Group Leader, Group Member, Charity Manager, Solo Player, or visitor currently has the option to use a subscription plan.

3. Subscription Plan Details

• Plan: The current plan offers a Lotto Player the opportunity to participate in each draw for Lotto in a month, subject to the first 8 draws for a particular month.
• Fee: The subscription plan is offered at £24 per month.
• Advance Payment: This subscription must be taken one month in advance to play in the subsequent month.

4. Payment and Credit

• Payment: Once paid for, the corresponding amount will be credited to the Syndicate Operator's pot.
• Usage: Based on the lines being purchased by the player, the amount will be used to buy the lines.

5. Line Selection

• Player Selection: Players are expected to select their lines one day before the closure of the draw.
• Automatic Assignment: If the player has not selected the lines one day before the closure of the draw, the Syndicate Operator will assign a line to the player to ensure timely purchase of the line.

6. Line Purchase

LOT Selection: All lines will be taken in a suitable LOT as chosen.

7. Discrepancies and Corrections

Efforts to Correct: In case of any discrepancies, all efforts will be taken to correct the issue/matter before the draw takes place.

8. Concerns and Support

Reporting Issues: In case of any concerns, the details must be provided through email to the support team at support@winbysyndicate.com.
